VisaScan

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 June 2026

VisaScan ("we", "us") provides a free tool that suggests visa categories based on answers you give. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. By using VisaScan you agree to this policy.

The questionnaire answers

The visa eligibility check runs locally in your browser or in the app on your device. Your answers (such as age, education, experience, funds and family ties) are used to calculate your matches and are not required to be tied to an account. We do not sell your answers.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics (for example Google Firebase / Google Analytics) to understand aggregate, anonymised usage — such as how many people complete the check or which screens are used. This helps us improve the product. Analytics may use device identifiers and cookies. You can limit this through your browser or device settings.

Optional AI explanations

If you use an optional feature that explains a result in plain language, the relevant non-identifying details of your selected visa may be sent to an AI provider (such as Google Gemini) to generate the explanation. We do not send your name or contact details for this purpose.

Children's privacy

VisaScan is intended for adults making travel and migration plans. It is not directed at children under 13.

Your choices

Because the core tool does not require an account, you can simply stop using it at any time. For questions about this policy, contact us at hello@usbusinessllc.com.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
